The best time of your life

Joining the Mount Hermon team is a different path. A job or career at Mount Hermon will show you God at work—and you'll be invited to join Him in life transformation. We work hard, and strive to have the best team possible, all pulling in the same direction. We're all here for the same reasons; we love Jesus, we love the outdoors, we love people and we believe God wants to use us in unique ways to refresh, renew and restore people's lives.

You can thrive here

Mount Hermon is a unique community—diverse but like minded people serving God together. Our impact together is bigger than what we could do alone. You might be called to join us for a summer, a season or longer—and you can do incredible things for God here.
